                            Former Liverpool player, Xabi Alonso has started managing Real Sociedad B football club in Spain.
 He started his football managing job after he retired from playing soccer a year ago. He was born on 25th November 1981. He was born in a town called Tolosa located in Spain. Xabi Alonso is known as a midfielder, when it comes to playing position.
 He started his youth football career at Antiguoko. 9 years later, he moved to Real Sociedad B, a football club based is Spain. He made 39 appearances and scored 2 goals. In the year 2000, he moved to the senior team of Real Sociedad in which he made 114 appearances and scored 9 goals. In 2004, he made a transfer move to English side, Liverpool FC where he spent 5 years, made 143 appearances and scored 15 goals.
 The year 2009, he left Liverpool to Spanish giant, Real Madrid in which he made 153 appearances with 4 goals. He then moved to German side Bayern Munich in the year 2014. He was part of the Liverpool team that won the UEFA champions league in 2005. He was also part of the Liverpool team that won the FA cup in 2005-2006 Season.
In his managing career, He managed Real Madrid’s Under 14s while he was completing his UEFA Elite coaching course alongside former teammates Raul, Xavi, Victor Valdes and Joan Capdevila in the year 2018.
Xabi Alonso is known as a legend at every club he played as his professional senior career, including Bayern Munich, England side Liverpool, Spanish giant Real Madrid in which he played. He retired in the year 2017 and has been classified as a football legend when it comes to football history.
